Pioneer Purchase Terms

These terms apply to your purchase of Meevee Pioneer ("Pioneer"), a one-time payment for lifetime access to Meevee. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. What You're Purchasing

Pioneer is a one-time payment that grants you:

  • Lifetime access to Meevee for your household
  • All current and future features included in standard subscriptions
  • Early access to new features during development
  • Recognition as an early supporter of Meevee

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Meevee service. Access continues for as long as Meevee operates.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • The price is displayed in your local currency at checkout
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe
  • You will receive a confirmation email after purchase
  • Pioneer pricing is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our refund policy is simple:

  • Testing phase: Full refund available anytime before Meevee's official launch
  • Post-launch: Full refund available within 30 days after Meevee's official launch
  • Service guarantee: If Meevee ceases to operate or is unavailable for more than 12 consecutive months, you are entitled to a full refund
  • Technical issues: If we are unable to provide you access due to technical limitations on our end, you are entitled to a full refund

To request a refund, email support@meev.ee with your purchase details.

4. Account and Access

  • After purchase, a member of our team will contact you to set up your account
  • Pioneer access is tied to your account and is non-transferable
  • You may use Meevee on multiple devices within your household
  • Account sharing outside your household is not permitted

5. What Pioneer Does Not Include

  • Physical merchandise or hardware
  • Third-party services or integrations that may have separate fees
  • Guaranteed feature requests or development priorities

6. Changes to the Service

Meevee is actively developing new features. We may:

  • Add, modify, or remove features over time
  • Change supported devices or platforms
  • Update the user interface and experience

We will always strive to maintain or improve the core value of the service.

7. Early Access

As a Pioneer, you may receive early access to features that are still in development. These features:

  • May change significantly before general release
  • May contain bugs or incomplete functionality
  • May be removed if they don't meet our quality standards

8. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including rights under EU consumer protection regulations.
