Permission is granted to temporarily access Meevee for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
The materials on Meevee are provided on an "as is" basis. Meevee makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Meevee or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Meevee.
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account.
Our service allows you to interact with AI-generated content. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
